Place Matters is a National Collaborative That Address Social, Economic and Environmental Conditions

PLACE MATTERS (PM) is a national initiative of the National Collaborative, designed to build the capacity of leaders to address the social, economic and environmental conditions that shape health and life opportunities.  Nineteen PLACE MATTERS teams, comprised of leaders working across different sectors, work in 27 jurisdictions to improve community conditions for health by building support for policies that promote racial and economic justice.
This video was originally created in 20011 to visually highlight the PLACE MATTERS experience.   The PLACE MATTERS initiative, in its ninth year, is generously funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.  The video was created by National Collaborative for Health Equity.

Hi! I know this is kinda off topic but I'd figured I'd ask.
Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest authoring
a blog post or vice-versa? My site discusses a lot of the same
topics as yours and I think we could greatly benefit from each other.
If you're interested feel free to shoot me an e-mail.
I look forward to hearing from you! Terrific blog by the way!
